The topic of 2019:

Adalimumab(Humira) is an antibody used as a medication for the treatment of various conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and Crohn’s disease. Unfortunately, patient response to the drug is different among individuals, and it is hard for physicians to assess the right dose of Adalimumab (Humira) to administer in order to obtain a satisfactory response. Furthermore, the patient’s body can produce antibodies against the drug over time, inhibiting the Adalimumab (Humira). By allowing rapid and simple quantification of antibody on site and comparing this data to the patient response, the therapeutic index of Adalimumab (Humira) could be substantially improved. The idea, in short, is to facilitate personalized care for each patient suffering from these conditions.
